OCTOBER 2, 2009 FOR FALL FOLIAGE PUBLICATION
OCTOBER 30, 2009 FOR GAME DAY PUBLICATION

CYH would like to help you raise money to offset your hockey fees. We will be publishing programs throughout the year in which local businesses and individuals can advertise. All you have to do is approach the prospective advertiser, show them the Ad rates and packages, have them fill out the attached form and return their form, money and ad copy to CYH. They may also send their information and money to CYH by mail. The address is provided on the ad form. CYH will credit the account of any player who sells ads with 80% of his/her total ad sales. CYH will keep the other 20% to help pay the printing expenses for the publications.  See attachment for more details.
