CYH Registration

CYH HOUSE LEAGUE REGISTRATION
NOW GOING ON!
 
New for 2009-10: Parents of players MUST use the online Columbus Youth Hockey registration program to register for the upcoming House League season.  After registering online you will receive a confirmation email from USA Hockey and Columbus Youth Hockey (CYH).  There is no longer a paper form to complete.  On ice adult volunteers or coaches must complete steps1&3.
 
By registering online, you do not need to attend the House League Registration day at Hamilton Center.

There are two steps to registering a player:
1.   Register online with USA Hockey. You MUST complete this step before you can register with Columbus Youth Hockey.  Go to http://www.usahockeyregistration.com and follow the instructions.  As part of this process you will be required (for players aged 7 and older) to pay a $35 registration fee by credit card.  Print and save your confirmation page.  You will need to enter your USA Hockey Confirmation number as part of the CYH registration process.  You do not need to send CYH a copy of your registration page unless there is a problem.
2. Register online with Columbus Youth Hockey.  
     Go to http://www.usahockey.com/LocalReg/Register.aspx?regId=97 and follow the instructions. Under registration options, you will need to select the appropriate age division. This registers you for travel and house league. This step is very quick, as you are confirming the player information.   
3.  Adult volunteers or coaches need to forward your USA Hockey confirmation to Glenda Aikins at gaikins@sbcglobal.net.
